It was my birthday

Yesterday I turned 45!!   Unbelievable!!
How long will I be able to live?

My mental condition is bad.
I eat too much sweets. I want to change my eating habit.
Then my son will follow my habit?

He started to sleep around 5 pm and slept for about three hours.
It was like taking a nap for him.
After the nap he became so active !!
He went to sleep for the night around 1am.....

Tomorrow starts the nursery school.
I have to go to work early.
My mother will be very busy.
