outsider art

outsider art is produced by mostly by mentally disabled people.
I don't know much about it.

the other day I read the article about it in a newspaper.
the person explaining about it was one of my high school class mates.
he works at a museum and has wrote a book on outsider art.

I think outsider means not only disabled people but also people
who can't get along with the real world.

how about NEET? not in education or in employment.
my brother is one of them.
outsider art may help him get a chance to work.
