Some managers, as a matter of principle, refuse to try to dissuade outgoing employees.

Really?
I wish I could be like that.

What should I do?
Two part-time workers say they are going to quit in this month.
They say they have to take care of their old parents.

I sense truth is somewhere else.
They feel they are kind of isolated.
The members at the workplace changed a lot.
There are many young workers.

I find conflicts sometimes.
It may be a generation gap.
I should have paid more attention to the problem.

Is it too late?
I don't know what to say.

Will somebody help me?
