I went to see the nursing home in the countryside.
Some of the people were cheerful and others were in bed.

Today one of the pharmacists had a seminar on health.
Some of the elderly were very interested.
Some of them were sleeping.

One of them said she was over 90 years old but was still healthy.
She said her room was on the second floor so she went up and down the stairs several times everyday.
Maybe that's the secret of her health.
