Land prices increase in 3 major urban areas in Japan

The land prices are rising up in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya.

But in my town the price is still going down.
If I had waited for some years, I could have bought the condominium at a lower price.

That's all right.
I don't regret.
I bought the condo about six years ago.
It was the best timing for me.
