get along with younger workers

I think I look young, but actually, I'm getting old.
You can't stay young forever.

I have to work with younger workers.
It's sometimes hard to understand what they think.
But I'll try to understand.

The co-workers are not friends.
But we should be friendly to keep up the good work.
