Playing manager

I don't know if "playing manager" is correct word.
Maybe Japanese English?
But I want to be not only a manager but also a player in workplace.

When you become a manager, you easily lose track of what's going on in the workplace.
And your subordinates get unsatisfied.

I want to do management and real business.
