human relationship in workplace

There is a person whom I don't like at my workplace.
His work performance is too bad.
He doesn't memorize the place of medicine.
He is slow to understand everything.

I feel miserable myself when I see him at a loss.
How can I teach him?

He irritates me.
Am I such a small-minded person?
I want to find a breakthrough.
